We are working our little tails off to bring Stroller Costumes into your hands and on your Strollers by the end of September/early October.
We will update thought out the process.
Your Purchase is 100% Guaranteed!
You may cancel your order at any time and get a full refund on your purchase. But let's be honest you will miss out.
We truly have a 30-day no-hassle return policy! Here are the details:
We give you 30 days to stare at our box after you receive it and decide if you want to open it and try our stroller costume. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, your procrastination has landed you in a bad place, and we cannot be asked to validate bad behavior. It sets a bad example for the kids.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase for your stroller costume, so don’t throw your receipt away when you are frustrated with the clutter on the countertops—like you don’t have enough to worry about. We know, but that whole accounting and auditing thing on our ends makes it important for federal government’s tax regulations—blame them.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, yes we will make sure nothing is missing, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned stroller costume. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. A rejection will not be as harsh as a college rejection letter or a job rejection, we will be sure to sugar coat our denial of your request.
If you are approved, your refund for your stroller costume will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days (if we knew an exact number, we would have placed it here).
Late or Missing Refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. We do not want to keep your money, again, it causes problems with the IRS, and we don’t want them on our backs.
Then contact your credit card company. It may take some time before your refund for your stroller accessory is officially posted; they like to hold on to your money and stare at it for a while—we think it makes them happy or something.
Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. We are not sure why these guys like to hold on to money that isn’t theirs.
If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org. We want to help you find it because it’s frustrating to our accounting department when our books are off, and frustrated accountants are not nice people. They rank up there with disgruntled postal workers.
Sale Items (if applicable)
Only regular priced stroller accessories may be refunded, unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded. Shopping the discount rack does have its downfalls. Drop the mic.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged—and then we get mad at the person in charge of manufacturing. If you need to exchange your stroller accessory for the same item, meaning you liked it enough to give us a second chance, send us an email at email@example.com and send your item to 4650 S. Arville St., Las Vegas, Nevada, US 89103.
If the stroller accessory was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return—but it’s not nice to return gifts, just so you know. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return, so don’t be rude and hurt anyone’s feelings.
To return your product, you should mail your product to 4650 S. Arville St., Las Vegas, Nevada, US 89103. We are not a drone friendly company, so if you have access to drone technology, we cannot guarantee we will not take action if it lands on our property.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. You would pay gas to drive to the store, so call it gas or shipping, but either way, it’s on you. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary—the mail is unpredictable for all of us; that’s just the way it is.
